It was my top read in March! I love it when authors put information about their research and the real history at the end of the book. I have always loved the Grimke sisters.

Interestingly, I was over 2/3 of the way through the book before I discovered that the Grimke sisters were real people who promoted the abolition of slavery.  I’m looking forward to our book club discussion next week to see what others thought about the book.
