I think Hill portrays her as quite strong- an excellent ambassador of goodwill worldwide, knowledgeable about history, culture, art. Also, unlike so much of what is written, he views the Kennedy marriage as positive and strong.   The Crown portrayed Jackie as very weak. Hill describes Jackie’s meeting with the Queen as warm and positive.    What did you think?

And they had very little backup or help. Schedules were rough & how hard on his own family.

When you read something like this from our relatively recent history it really puts a spotlight on how many modern inventions & technologies we count on daily — much less in a highly dangerous job like this!
