    • Interesting Exploration of Midwest Food and People I enjoyed this book - some beautiful writing. I loved the passion around meal preparation, ingredients, pairings -  I feel the author captured that. Chapters just end and the next chapter may or may not relate. And the end of the book felt the same. But I plan to read more from the author.
