Reply To: Difficult to connect the two timelines

I had a hard time finding the connections as I was reading early on.  It wasn’t  until they found the hidden family tree that it clicked for me, by that time I felt like the story was over.

maybe because the timelines were so far apart, I struggled.  Felt like I was reading 2 separate stories.   I don’t usually struggle with dual timeline books.
