Anyone else know a teacher like Mrs. Gosk?

        I loved that Mrs. Gosk captured the admiration of everyone in her classroom…I think my favorite was when Oswald met Mrs. Gosk and didn’t want to leave her side all day, no matter where she went!  In the acknowledgements at the end of the book, the author revealed that Mrs. Gosk is a real teacher! Has anyone else known a teacher like Mrs. Gosk?

          Yes! My third grade teacher, Mrs. McCabe was one that all of the students loved and everyone hoped they’d get her as a teacher. You could tell she loved her students and didn’t just play school, as Budo put it. I and other students would visit her after school even after we moved on from third grade and she was always happy to see us and catch up.
