        There were so many mysteries to be resolved in this book. I was pretty sure I had figured out what had happened to the baby by about 1/2 way through (and I was right!), but the ending – who actually committed the murders – was a total shock. What did everyone else think?

          Like you I figured out who the baby girl was, but the murderer? Total surprise. It was so well done by the author to keep that one piece secret. I really enjoyed reading this one.

            I figured out the baby part too but was totally shocked at the murderer!  Quite the story……

              Same for me!! It wasn’t my favorite of Kate Morton’s books, but I still enjoyed it and was trying to guess who the murderer was.
