          I enjoyed this sweet story.  I thought the setting/cultural pieces felt like another character in the story.

            I loved this book.  It shows a whole other part of the country that I haven’t experienced.  I also loved the idea that family isn’t necessarily blood ties, but who you choose.

              I think this a great book for the challenge.  I read it a couple of years ago with this group.  I think it gives insight to a part of the country we do not know a lot about.  It was a good story!
