Reply To: Baking as a stress release

<p style=”text-align: left;”>I loved this book for so many reasons, including the love of baking. I bake for fun, for cookies and my infamous cheesecakes. I can’t go to a pot luck without being asked to bring a cheesecake. Which is fine because they aren’t something I make for myself.</p>
For “a thinking activity” I enjoy making cards with rubber stamps and die cuts. If I’m not doing it with friends it’s a good time to be thinking about whatever is on my mind.

I also enjoy doing Diamond Paintings. I find it very relaxing. Sometimes I do it quietly while thinking things over. I also find this a great time to listen to books on audible.
