Do you think this book was a good fit for the Read Around the USA Challenge?
I tried reading this June, but couldn’t get into it and ended up picking a novel that wasn’t on the list. I’d respectfully vote no to keeping it.
This was my favorite for the month. Edith and Claire’s connection was easily guessed, but I loved Claire’s journey to getting there.
They did travel a bit, but the main part was Delaware. I really enjoyed the magical realism part.
Yes! I loved this book! I thought the development among the characters was sweet & really enjoyed the way Harry nurtured the little girl.
I read this books years ago and a different one for this challenge. But I wanted to share how much I enjoyed this book. It was delightful, and not what I expected at all. I was so pleasantly surprised. I hope others enjoy it.
