        This book should absolutely stay on the list.  It is beautifully written with great character development. It is about a part of India I knew nothing about.  It is not a “fluff” read since it is long and has many medical references. There are a few rather graphic scenes.  With the proper disclaimers, the book should definitely stay on the list.
