            I recently visited the northern California redwoods.  I enjoyed the descriptions of the area in the book.

              Yes indeed. We can all benefit from understanding better the potential harm to land that logging can cause. I     know a little about the dangers of commercial fishing from television shows.  I knew very little about the dangers of logging, the complexity of the process and all the steps it takes for a redwood to get to a lumberyard.
